The Future Is Now With AMEI & PME
The regeneration of Warrington town centre is well under way,
but there is still much to do before the expected completion in
summer of 2015. PME Projects local Warrington Electrical
contractors have successfully secured a contract for the
electrical installation of a 50,000 sq foot AMEI building in Dallam
Lane.
This five-storey building has been designed to
provide start-up businesses the work-space they will need. The
building will house a cafe on the ground floor and is expected to
be home for around 100 companies.
PME Projects director Paul Moore was delighted to have secured
the work with a new client Briggs & Forrester. Paul said "PME
are a local company that are keen to be part of the regeneration of
the town. Working with Briggs & Forrester, another local
company, is a great opportunity to develop our business."
PME Projects Industrial Electricians
PME Projects have many years' of experience as industrial
electricians and have been involved in a number of major
projects such as this one in Warrington town centre. The skills
they possess in electrical installations and data cabling make them
the ideal partner for many developers around the country.
The NICEIC accreditation that PME Projects worked hard to
achieve means that they are able to self-certify the work that has
been completed by them to the local buildings control body. Again,
making them the right partner of choice for developers that need
that kind of surety provided by the accreditations.

Dallam Lane Development
The Dallam Lane building development is just a small part of the
planned £190 million project in the stadium quarter of the town.
PME's part in this historical re-shaping of the town place them
just where they feel most comfortable, right in the heart of the
community. The more that local businesses work closely together,
like Briggs & Forrester and PME Projects, the prosperity of the
town is assured and everyone benefits.
