Relationship Made In Electrical Services Heaven

"It isn't what we do, it's the way that we do it that sets us apart, it's our focus on delivering the highest standard of electrical services with a personal touch that really makes the difference."

A shared ethos, focused on a high level of service with the personal touch, is just one of the reasons why Pannone LLP and PME Projects Warrington have enjoyed a strong working relationship over the past 12 years.

It might seem unusual in this day and age for a Client and a commercial electrical services contractor to have such a long-term partnership - testament indeed to the mutual understanding, unrelenting trust and commitment to delivering an uncompromising level of service between PME and Pannone.

Dan Morton, Business Services Director for Pannone LLP, was full of praise for the PME commercial electrical services team:

"Paul Moore and PME Projects Warrington have supported Pannone IT for over nine years, providing a high quality, professional and cost effective service throughout many infrastructure projects. Paul is service orientated and unfailingly dependable; I look forward to working with him for many years to come."

During the past 12 years PME Projects Warrington Electricians have undertaken the full range of its electrical and data services for Pannone in their Manchester offices - three separate buildings in close proximity around the Deansgate area: John Dalton House (6 floors), 123 Deansgate (several floors) Lincoln House (9 floors).

Working hand-in-hand with Pannone's appointed fit-out company, full floor data cabling was installed to all three buildings; CAT 5E cabling throughout the offices and fibre backbone to the main core switch.

A dedicated power supply was installed to the main comms room and additional new boundary cabinets as/when required, as part of the fit-out.

Gas suppression systems were also fitted to the main comms room, to safeguard the data infrastructure in the event of a fire. A gas (usually an inert gas) is stored in canisters at high pressure with pipe work to distribute the gas. In the event of a fire, the gas is dispersed into the room in just a few seconds.

PME Projects Warrington has also provided a responsive electrical and data maintenance service to the IT team at Pannone over the years, working on minimal agreed response times to address any issues that arise.

PME Warrington Commercial Electrical Contractors Director, Paul Moore commented:

"The relationship with Pannone is fairly unique in this day and age. Everything we do at PME is based on delivering honest, reliable, cost effective electrical and data services, providing uncompromising levels of customer satisfaction and looking to add value wherever we can."
